Return Policy

At Alamòd Archives, we stand behind the quality and purpose behind every piece we create. As a small and growing brand, returns are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date. Customers are encouraged to review their orders upon arrival and contact us promptly if there are any concerns.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item does not have any added defects, damage, or excessive wear
  • The item is in its original condition
  • Original packaging and tags are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed after inspection. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Alamòd Archives reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return Policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Alamòd Archives cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

This policy is subject to change as we continue improving our processes to further satisfy our customers.
