Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During new collection releases, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or customs processing.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Packages in Transit
Once an order has been shipped and is in transit with the carrier, Alamòd Archives is not responsible for delays outside of our control, and refunds cannot be issued while a package is in transit. Customers must wait until the carrier completes the delivery process before a refund or claim can be reviewed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Alamòd Archives is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Alamòd Archives is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
